Good Tidings

Writer: Seattle ALCSeattle ALC

More sickness, more deaths, more unanswered questions, groanings of the heart…we look for signs of hope, that things will truly be better soon…but wait. Isn’t that the message of Christmas, the message of hope we long for? May our ears be perked up to hear those familiar words of the season; that we were given that Hope in the Christ child, that it would be possible to have Peace in our weary hearts as we look toward the New Year and even Joy, though it be mixed with sorrow, because our future is secure regardless what the day brings. May we encourage each other with words of Good Tidings! Christmas blessings to you and yours!
